Home Staging Preview:
Transformations conducts a 15 to 30 minute preview of the client’s home prior to scheduling a Home Staging Appointment. Previews are done to assess the property and to provide an estimated cost for Transformations to professionally stage the property. Previews are provided at no cost to the client. Previews allow us to determine whether or not there is a need for the client to complete any items prior to the project start date.

Home Staging Appointment:
Home staging appointments are for those homeowners with no time or energy to prepare their properties for the market. Transformations will do the work for you by going through a process of editing and rearranging existing furnishings and accessories to design an environment that will show like a model home. We will create the look and feel buyers want at a price you can afford! Our Home Staging appointments are billed at an hourly rate of $60/hr. Depending on the size of the rooms, most rooms can be completed in 2 to 3 hours. We will provide an estimate for the project upon completion of a Home Staging Preview.
Home Staging Reports:
Home staging reports are for those homeowners who would like to do the home staging work themselves but are unsure where to start. With a one-time visit to your home, Transformations will start at the curb and work our way through your entire home. We will attempt to solve any design dilemmas on the spot. All of the information we gather is compiled into a room-by-room outline for your reference, complete with staging advice, suggestions and remedies that need to be addressed before potential buyers view your home. All of this, typically takes 1 ½ to 2 hours to complete. Hme Staging Reports are billed at a $100 flat rate.
Interior Redesign Pricing
Interior Redesign Preview:
Transformations conducts a “preview” of your home prior to scheduling an Interior Redesign appointment. A preview of the client’s home is done to provide an estimate for the cost involved in redesigning the rooms in your home. We provide previews at no cost and they usually take 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

Interior Redesign appointments are for those homeowners who need help pulling a room together. Transformations will redesign one or several of the rooms in your home, by going through a process of rearranging your existing furnishings and accessories to design an environment that will better reflect your style. Our Interior Redesign appointments are billed at an hourly rate of $75/hr. Depending on the size of the room, most rooms can be completed in just 2 to 3 hours.
Color Consultations:
Transformations can help you define a source of color inspiration for your home and help you determine a color palette.
Accessory Purchase and Placement:
Transformations can assist if, after the completion of an Interior Redesign appointment, accessories or furnishings are still needed or desired.

No charge for mileage within a 30 mile radius of Parker and Castle Rock, CO.
